The war of the United States and Israel against Iran enters its 16th day, with losses at every level increasing dramatically and Israel warning of an impending Armageddon by the end of March, while the Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi denounces the use of American “Lucas” drones for provocations in the region.
In a statement that smells of gunpowder, the Chief of Staff of Israel, Eyal Zamir, revealed the timetable for the completion of the military operations against Tehran.
Israel aims to have achieved its main strategic objectives by 1 April, the eve of the Jewish Passover.
Israeli forces estimate that the next two weeks will be decisive for the outcome of the conflict, with the intensity of strikes expected to peak in order to close the front within the set timeline.
Fears for the survival of the regime in Tehran
Despite optimism regarding the military part of the operation, Israeli officials now appear extremely cautious regarding the political collapse of Iran.
The initial assessments that predicted the immediate overthrow of the leadership appear to be falling flat, as the regime shows greater resilience than expected.
The leadership of the armed forces now admits that the chances of the fall of the power system in Tehran are clearly limited, a fact that complicates the next day after the cessation of hostilities.

Ali Larijani, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, clarified that it is not Iran that is planning a new 11 September in the United States, but those who planned and wanted and carried out the war against his country.
As he wrote on his official account on the X platform, responding to the plan of the American authorities to carry out a provocation operation (false flag): “I have been informed that the remnants of the group of Epstein have planned a conspiracy to create an incident similar to 11 September, so that Iran can be blamed.”
He added: “Iran is fundamentally opposed to such terrorist programs and is not at war with the American people.”
The Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council also stated: “Today Iran is defending itself against the aggression of the United States and Israel.
Of course, in this defense, it is very strong and tough enough to punish the invaders.”

The Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi stated that Tehran has received information indicating that the United States and Israel are also carrying out attacks in Arab countries from certain locations.
He also mentioned that the Americans have constructed a drone similar to the Iranian drone Shahed, which is called “Lucas” and is used to target locations in Arab countries.
Araghchi noted however that although the information is considered credible, “it continues to be investigated.”
Iran is ready to meet with countries of the region and form a joint investigative committee to determine the nature of the targets that were attacked and whether they were American.
The Iranian Foreign Minister stated that communication with neighboring countries, including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, continues and diplomatic efforts have not stopped.
He added that initiatives and mediations from countries of the region have been submitted in order to reduce tensions and provide ideas for ending the war.
Baghaei (Iran Foreign Ministry) blasts U.S. and Israel, warns of ruthless false-flag provocations
Ismail Baghaei, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, in an interview based on government information, answered a question regarding provocation operations carried out by the Zionist regime during the military attack of the Zionist regime and the United States against our country, as well as Israel’s history in such actions in other countries, stating: “The famous case is Operation Susannah in 1954, which no one can hide or claim is a propaganda allegation.”
He explained: “In those years, in order to keep Britain in Egypt and prevent the withdrawal of British forces, Israeli agents began bombing and sabotaging British buildings and facilities in Egypt due to the dispute over the Suez Canal, so that the Egyptian government would be blamed for these actions and Britain would remain in Egypt.
This operation was exposed and some were arrested, while others were killed.”
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs recalled: “Years later, in 2003 and 2004, the Zionist regime officially admitted that this action was coordinated and calculated. This has happened many times in recent decades, but they do not admit it.
The atmosphere is now chaotic and complex, and it is very likely that the Zionist regime will plan and carry out operations aimed at creating a rift between Iran and neighboring countries.”
Referring to recent remarks by Tucker Carlson regarding the arrest of Mossad agents in Saudi Arabia and Qatar during bombing incidents, Baghaei stated: “After that, there were events such as drone and missile attacks in Cyprus, Turkey, and Azerbaijan, for which our armed forces officially and explicitly announced that they did not originate from Iran. Some claimed that perhaps these drones deviated from their course due to interference (jamming), but it is more likely that a provocation operation was carried out.”
He emphasized: “We called on our neighbors to be very cautious and not to prejudge.
Our armed forces openly and courageously announce the operations they conduct.
We did not hesitate to announce that we launched missile attacks on American military bases and on their logistics and support facilities in countries of the region, which are part of the operational system of the United States against Iran, in order to defend ourselves.”
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted: “In cases where we have not taken action, we clearly stated that we are not involved.
Therefore, the issue of provocation operations is an important matter that we may encounter in the coming days.”

We expect that the Yemeni mujahideen will also have strong participation, which could lead to the blockade of the Bab al Mandab strait.”
He also stated: “The enemy is in confusion and is suffering significant and impressive losses which it conceals.
